Seventy three year old male with a history of rectal bleeding and left lower quadrant pain.
Double contrast barium enema was performed to identify cause.
Radiographs demonstrated an "apple core" appearance at the junction of the descending colon and sigmoid colon suggestive of a neoplastic lesion.
